This city and environment were constructed by 2 developers Tim Murosky and Myself. You can see his post about the city here. I was responsible for the environment surrounding the city. (I’ll have a demo link available soon), although you do need a powerful computer for it. Have a system with at least 16GB of ram and a GPU with a minimum of 6GB of GDDR5
